Peter was very easy to work with and did much of the negotiations on his own knowing our parameters, and try to be very reasonable with pricing and balancing this with market timing. He will get you as much or as little as you want him to be in the process of negotiations. He uses a very nice app that lets you know when buyers are coming, whether it is the first or second time they are seeing the home. He coordinates any upgrades that may be necessary to move the home faster. Makes it very convenient.Very professional, knows the area extremely well, has been in business for over 30 years .
